I love this image makes me think about “Watch with Mother” the tv show. How we gaze at our own children as they grow. How maternity is not bounded by gender. The concentric circles draw the viewer into the picture plane and remind me of the grooves on a record, the prints on the end of a finger tip, circles of life, the womb……..
